An assessment of the Gurabo municipality was conducted on 12/4/17. The initial assessment was done on 11/14/17 for an interval of 20 days. We give this an overall On Plan based on available food, open schools, communication, and roads. This is a Med-High confidence assessment based on the amount of data we were able to gather in the municipality. Specific details are:
Water: 2 oases and 11 distribution centers are available. There have been 68 deliveries of water with the latest delivery on 11/27 by the Red Cross. We were unable to verify the availability of running water.
Food: There have been 89 deliveries of food, with the latest delivery 11/27 by the Red Cross. There are also several grocery stores open.
Medical: 8 EPAPs open, no dialysis centers or hospital in the area pre-hurricane
Comm: 35% of cell towers are down as of 12/4/17
Roads: All roads appear to be clear and traversable.
Schools: 8 out of 11 schools open.
Electricity: Per AEE, 45 areas are without power, 3 of these are barrios.
